Week4-bodies electric

Problems that get solved in episode3 are how they were working together and the way they did their work. First off they had really good strategies on how to get there project to be done. But in some sections with different groups there was a little bit to much fooling around. Which caused their part not to be done how it was supposed to be. Other wise splitting up and having a group or couple of people work on one section the project and another on a different section. In this episode these set off people probably learned that when your part of a group everything you do gets back based on the outcome. So there for they'll probably be a little bit more cautious on how they do there next project.

If I were to be doing this project with this group of people I would not put friends with friends. When you do this things get done wrong depending on how committed they are in too the project. I would also try to plot out everything before jumping right into it. Cause then when you mess up its a possibility that you cant go back and fix the problem or mess up. I learned that when you are working in a group you have to be on point because when you mess up on your part you are affecting everyone else and what there doing. Reason being, if one part is messed up it throws off the project of what is trying to be done.
